Delete Account

You can delete your Pinnacle Fi account from inside the app, or request deletion from this page if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open Pinnacle Fi and go to Profile → Delete Account. This is the fastest way to delete your account because you are already signed in.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your Pinnacle Fi account:

privacy@pinnaclefi.app

Use the subject line Delete my Pinnacle Fi account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account email before deletion is completed.

What deletion removes

Account deletion permanently removes your holdings, portfolio history, watchlist, risk profile, alerts and alert history, subscription record, push tokens and preferences, saved security settings, connected exchange credentials, and your sign-in account with our authentication provider.

What may remain

Some records are outside the app account itself, including direct email correspondence, messages sent while signed out, website contact-form messages, and short-lived backups. Our Privacy Policy explains those retention limits in more detail.
